ALL PURCHASES

  • ALL returns must be approved! Please read the following carefully and follow the steps to request a return. We may reject packages received without prior approval. The merchandise will be sent back to you.

  • ALL returns and exchanges are subject to store credit. You will receive the full amount excluding shipping via E-gift card/coupon code. No follow ups are needed unless we have any further questions or concerns during inspection. Store credit does not expire. 

  • Please read all measurements carefully.

  • Customer has 7 days from the day they received the merchandise to return the item— after this window, customer will not receive any store credit but can still return. We are very strict on our return and exchange policy as we have to inspect the items closely.

  • Exchanges are acceptable per the availability of the item, otherwise customer can exchange with a different item and the remaining credit due will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping to and from is at the customer's expense.

  • Any faulty items we missed during inspection will be reimbursed, excluding shipping.

No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
