• TRACKING SHOWS 'DELIVERED', BUT MY PACKAGE IS NOT THERE. WHAT DO I DO???

Please first check with your neighbors who may have accidentally received your package. Next, contact your local USPS/UPS and provide them with the tracking number. Please do not call the general USPS/UPS number and make sure you contact your local post office. There are times where packages get scanned incorrectly and will arrive the next business day. Please make sure you speak directly to a representative.

  • I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN, OR LOST. WHAT DO I DO???

In this case, we apologize in advance on behalf of USPS/UPS ☹ but the next step you would take is to file a claim via whichever shipper carrier handled your package.

We will not replace packages if they are stolen or lost after we have fulfilled and dropped them off to the designated shipping carrier.

I am a solo small business owner and work very hard to fulfill orders on a timely manner. I will always fulfill orders that were placed first and work my way up.   • HELP! I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS!

Ah! If your package has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us with your order number at infoessentialflair@gmail.com and let us know the correct address. IF we fulfilled and shipped your order, we are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages and shipping fees. Please try to locate the package if possible, otherwise we can try our best to intercept the package but it is not a guarantee that it will be successful.

Always double check your addresses before submitting payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Essential Flair may not be able to offer reimbursement for this package, customer will be refunded minus shipping costs and/ or subject to a restocking fee.
